Refund & Return Policy
If for some reason you need to replace or return your items we will do what we can to make things right. You are our #1 focus, which is why we have spent thousands of dollars and hours over the last two years to create the Huckleberry Lighting system for the DIY installation market at consumer friendly costs. We want you to be happy with your Huckleberry Lighting experience even if that means you want to return your items for some reason.
We happily offer a generous 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your items to request and make a return.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item needs to be in the same condition that you received it, unused, not modified or painted, with original labeling, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number (emailed to you at time of placing your order) or other proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@huckleberry-lighting.com with your order number and description of your request. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order prior to your order being shipped or
picked-up locally. Pre-orders may be canceled up to a point, please refer to
the “Pre-Order Orders” section below.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any
item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can
evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including opened paint, cut wire or cable, and custom products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Modified or repainted items or items painted after shipping are not refundable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Products not used within the specifications listed for the product or for the purpose for which we designed the product or for purposes which Huckleberry Lighting, at our sole discretion, deems reasonable, will void any warranty or return policies.
Exchanges
We don't just batch test–we test all of our electronic products before we
ship any product to you, but if an item is defective please contact us right
away. We don’t test screws, as you may imagine, and it is hard to test wire
crimp connectors and hope to use them again later. Please let us know if any
items in your order are defective or damaged.
Pre-Order Orders
A pre-order or pre-buy order is an order that includes one or more pre-order or pre-buy items. When a pre-order or pre-buy order is placed you agree to and understand that these orders are combined with other customer orders to produce a large quantity production batch from our factory. That batch is shipped from the factory by sea freight and may not be canceled or edited once fulfilled. Pre-order order changes and cancellations may be requested up until the order is fulfilled and shipped from the factory via email to sales@huckleberry-lighting.com. We keep you updated on the status of pre-order goods including when the production batch is shipped to our location in Utah. If you do need to make any changes please contact us as soon as possible. Shipping times vary but are typically delivered between 35-95 days from when you place your order.
Refunds
After an order is shipped from us, any shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
Unfortunately transaction fees are non-refundable. This is due to changes made by payment processors and the changing of their policies. Payment processors are no longer refunding fees so we will not be able to refund those fees accordingly. Sorry for this inconvenience.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@huckleberry-lighting.com.
Shipping
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
If you are shipping an item of significant value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee the services offered by shipping companies or that we will receive your returned item.
Incorrect Items
Orders containing incorrect items or missing items must be reported within 21 days of delivery. After this time frame it is up to the customer to return the product, at the customers expense, and request a refund.
